Senior Accountant - 1065 - Tax

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Tax team in a hybrid role, working from home and the office. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for providing tax services to our clients, including preparation and review of partnership tax returns (Form 1065), and related tax planning. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review complex partnership tax returns (Form 1065). * Prepare and review K-1s. * Conduct tax research and planning for partnerships. * Assist with tax audits. * Communicate with clients and taxing authorities. * Train and supervise staff accountants. * Identify and implement process improvements. * Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines. * Maintain strong client relationships. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. * CPA certification is required. * 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on partnership taxation. * Strong understanding of partnership tax law and regulations. * Experience with tax software (e.g., GoSystem, ProSystem fx). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * Hybrid work environment
