You will become part of our ambitious Sales & Partnerships Team at OMR. Together with us, you will manage the most exciting national and international partners from the digital and brand sectors. We do more than just support our partners once a year at the OMR Festival with spectacular activations. In close collaboration with other departments, we conceive and design the best possible year-round experience for them within the entire OMR cosmos.

Where you really make a difference
- You are the strategic mind for our most important partnerships. Your mission is to proactively shape the value and depth of these relationships and to anchor our partners sustainably in the OMR ecosystem.
- You are responsible for the conception and implementation of individual development plans for partners, from brands to tech companies, and act as a catalyst to exceed joint growth goals.
- You manage the entire commercial cycle, from strategic offer creation, price and contract negotiation, to ensuring the profitability of your partner accounts.
- You take responsibility for complex partner projects and ensure that internal processes mesh smoothly and concepts are excellently implemented.
- You always keep an overview and manage collaboration with various internal teams such as Content, Event, and Tech.
- You maintain relevant information in tools like Hubspot or Asana, analyze performance results, and derive strategic recommendations for management from them.
- You identify potentials and initiate measures for the further development of communication tools, presentations, and strategic documents.
- You analyze the business models of our partners and, based on this, recommend targeted measures for your partners.
What sets you apart
- You already have several years of experience in sales, sponsoring, or project management and love collaborative partnerships with brands, tech companies, and agencies.
- You are reliable, solution-oriented, and know how to build sustainable customer relationships.
- You work data-driven and structured and skillfully use tools like Hubspot or Looker to always maintain an overview.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and common Google services.
- You have fluent German and English language skills.
