Senior Accountmanager Supply Chain

We are looking for a Senior Accountmanager Supply Chain who will support and drive our growth in the logistics sector. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer portfolio, where you are the link between our customers and the organization.

You are focused on developing strategic relationships with important clients and stakeholders, and aim to exceed their expectations by offering suitable solutions. With your experience and expertise in supply chain and logistics, you ensure that our service delivery always meets the highest standards.

• You identify new business opportunities and are responsible for exploring new markets.
• You maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular contact and strategic discussions of their needs.
• You work closely with various internal teams, from operations to marketing, to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• You develop and implement sales strategies that promote our growth and customer loyalty.
• You analyze market trends and competition to strengthen our position in the market.
• You are responsible for preparing tenders and contracts, including negotiations with clients.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (for example, business administration, logistics, supply chain management).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in account management within the supply chain/logistics.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.
• You have strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• You are analytically inclined and have experience working with KPIs and sales analyses.
• You are able to work independently as well as in a team and have a strong drive to achieve results.
• Relevant experience within the 'supply chain' sector is an absolute must.
