What awaits you

• You value being the central point of contact between the client and the team
• Operational support, strategic consulting, and development of defined clients
• Coordination of projects in the areas of Digital Campaigning, Social Media, New Branding, E-Commerce, Website, CRM, and Media
• Reliable deployment of resources and budgets while ensuring quality, timing, and controlling
• Independent preparation and execution of client presentations and workshops
• Independent and self-responsible work as part of an interdisciplinary project team (Account Management, Strategy, Creation, Performance, Development, and Client)

What you bring with you

• You have a completed degree in business administration or communications science, or a comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience in Account Management
• You have agency experience, ideally with an online focus, as an Account or Project Manager or in a comparable position
• Client and market understanding through experience in client support, in coordinating online projects, and campaigns
• Broad professional/project experience in various types of projects in the areas of (digital) campaigns, social media, content creator marketing, etc.
• Openness to new and innovative projects in the area of new technologies (AI, Artificial Intelligence, ...)
• You think strategically and love advising your clients.
• Very good and efficient time management with a very high quality standard
• You have a self-driven work approach and a positive, solution-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality
• You possess very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
