Aufgaben

• Strategic Consulting: You advise stakeholders proactively on digital trends and function as a trusted partner for the long-term roadmap.
• Growth Management: You identify upselling potential and translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Customer Journey Management: You network touchpoints like Web, Shop, and Portal to an integrated ecosystem without silos.
• Economic Responsibility: You steer the annual planning as well as profitability and bear full budget responsibility for your account.
• Process Design: You standardize workflows for maximum efficiency and ensure project quality in time and budget.
• Team Leadership: You coach your interdisciplinary team professionally and foster individual development through regular feedback.
• Interface Work: You coordinate personnel planning and work closely with department heads and team management together.

Qualifikation

• Senior Expertise: You possess long-standing experience in strategically managing complex corporate structures at the top level.
• Digital Generalist: You understand SEO, marketing automation, and tracking, and can expertly steer and simplify complex topics.
• Economic Sovereignty: You are absolutely confident in handling KPIs, budget planning, and profitability control.
• Empathetic Leadership: You act as a mentor for your team and have a fine sense of the pain points of executives.
• Structural Competence: You love proactive process design, work highly self-organized, and navigate safely through change processes.
• Communication Strength: You moderate workshops sovereignly and negotiate absolutely confidently in English at C1 or C2 level.
• Industry Knowledge: You have deep market knowledge and are excellently networked both internally and externally.
