Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Healthcare Agentur

We are looking for a senior account manager for an established, family-owned healthcare agency based in Berlin. The agency accompanies its customers in the conception and implementation of complex marketing and communication measures, combining strategic thinking with creative implementation. Tasks

As Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for managing and steering demanding customer projects in the healthcare sector. You will coordinate integrated communication and marketing measures, serve as the central point of contact for your customers, and ensure a smooth implementation of all project phases. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and keep track of timings, budgets, and quality standards at all times.

Your tasks at a glance:
- Independent management of healthcare marketing and communication projects
- Counseling and customer service
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of integrated campaigns and measures
- Responsibility for timings, budgets, and resources
- Preparation and steering of briefings as well as coordination with external service providers
- Development of communication and campaign approaches together with the internal teams

Qualification

- Several years of professional experience in account management, project management, or customer consulting in an agency
- Experience in the field of healthcare communication, health marketing, pharma, or medical communication
- Secure handling of complex projects and different stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in budget planning and resource management
- German on a native speaker level as well as very good English language skills in writing and speaking
