(Senior) Account Manager for Brand & Digital (w/m/d)

When you start in our agency team, you have immediate project responsibility and something to say. We take ourselves seriously and listen to each other. With our 30+ designers and developers, we manage clients like immowelt, WWF Germany, and the Berlin Transportation Company (BVG).

Tasks

• You lead your clients independently through the implementation of branding and digital projects and are their first point of contact for all strategic and operational questions.
• You plan and steer projects from kick-off to launch. You always keep budgets, timings, and resources in mind without neglecting quality and tempo.
• Your strength lies in translating complex requirements into precise briefings for our design and development teams and ensuring smooth workflows between the agency and client.
• You recognize potential in a brand and advise your clients strategically on digital trends and brand leadership.

Qualification

• You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, account management, or advisory roles, ideally in the agency field.
• You have very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• You have experience in fulfilling client requirements, excellent negotiation skills, and think economically.
• You have a very good planning competence, analytical and conceptual abilities, and a confident and convincing appearance.
• You are performance-oriented, have a positive mindset, and love solving problems.
• You have very secure German and English language skills.
