Aufgaben

What you can do: Strategic Consulting, AI & 360-Degree Project Management

This is not a position for mere coordinators or beginners. You bear the main responsibility for your customers and projects – from the first idea to the final implementation:

• Strategic Top-Consulting & AI-Inspiration: You advise our clients on all aspects of their brand. You recognize potential, develop customer relationships strategically further, and advise them actively on the application possibilities of Artificial Intelligence in marketing.
• 360-Degree Project Management: You steer interdisciplinary projects sovereignly. Digital campaigns, websites, and social media make you just as happy as classical print products.
• Savvy Application (AI in Workflow): You use modern AI tools routine, to optimize workflows, sharpen concepts, and deliver even more efficient results.
• Cash Management: You have your projects budgetarily under control – from calculation and offer preparation over negotiations to settlement.
• Presentation Strength: You design clean, convincing presentations and present them so passionately and charmingly that the spark jumps directly at the customer.

Qualification

• Multiple-year agency experience: You bring several years of fundamental professional experience in consulting/project management at an agency (preferably digital agency) with.
• Digital pioneer work & AI user knowledge: You are technology enthusiastic and have already gained practical experience in applying AI tools in the agency's daily routine. You can strategically place AI topics for customers.
• Empathy & people skills: You have a fine sense of nuances and target groups. You are an absolutely winning, sovereign, and reliable personality who customers blindly trust.
• Solution-oriented thinking: You work yourself extremely quickly into new, complex systems and tasks. When problems arise, you deliver the solution directly.
• Care under time pressure: You are extremely reliable, punctual, and precise. Even at high speed, you neither lose your composure nor your humor.
• Linguistic excellence: Very good German language skills (English also) are self-evident for you on a senior level.
