Senior Account Executive (m/w/d) in HR-Tech-Startup (100.000 Zielgehalt)

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (m/w/d) for our customer: an innovative HR Tech Start-up from Munich, developing the leading European Software-as-a-Service solution for occupational pension provision. The mission is to make bAV as simple as possible and support employers in taking social responsibility. So you help companies like ProSiebenSat.1 Media or Lacoste with partners like DATEV or Personio in securing their employees fairly and contribute to combating old-age poverty and for a fairer society.

Aufgaben

• Kundenakquise und Begeisterung: You are passionate about the topic of occupational pension provision and ignite potential customers with your enthusiasm.
• Neukundengewinnung: With conviction and engagement, you win new customers – whether in virtual meetings, demos, by email, phone or at trade fairs.
• Pipeline-Management: You manage our B2B pipeline from qualified leads and achieve consistent results: high ROI for our customers and additional revenue through new customers.
• Produkt-Know-how: You develop a deep understanding of our constantly evolving product and use this knowledge to win potential customers for us.
• Datenpflege: You keep our CRM system up-to-date and maintain all relevant information carefully.
• Kollaboration und Übergabe: You work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth integration of the customers you have won.
• Produktentwicklung: Your insights and valuable feedback to the product team help us continuously improve the software and prioritize the right projects.
