(Senior) Account / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Our own developed and AI-supported SaaS automation platform, the Digital Compliance Office, supports startups and medium-sized enterprises in compliance challenges such as data protection, information security or anti-money laundering.

Tasks

• Eigenständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB) for our German company (GmbH)
• Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern
• Bildung und Buchung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen (z. B. Personalrückstellungen, ARAP)
• Anlagenbuchhaltung inkl. Bewertung, Zu-/Abgänge, Abschreibungen, Anlagenspiegel
• Erstellung steuerlicher Erklärungen (USt, KSt, GewSt) and Überleitungsrechnungen
• Berechnung latenter Steuern und Klärung steuerlicher Fragestellungen
• Planung und Durchführung der Anlageninventur inklusive CAPEX-Controlling
• Ansprechpartner:in for Wirtschafts- and Steuerprüfer
• Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungsverarbeitung, Mahnwesen, OP-Pflege)
• Koordination von Lohn & Gehalt mit externem Payroll-Provider
• Unterstützung im Zahlungsverkehr und Treasury (Buchungen, Saldenabstimmungen, Zahlläufe)
• Meldewesen (z.B. ZM Bundesbank, Z4 Meldung)
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten zu Bilanzpositionen und Steuerthemen
• Koordination with portugiesischem Steuerberater to Accounting Themen for our portugiesische Tochter

Qualification

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung and 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Wirtschaftswissenschaften or vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung with Zusatzqualifikation (z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter:in IHK)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB, Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Anlagenbuchhaltung and sehr guten Excel-Kenntnissen; Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Buchhaltungs- und ERP Systemen (z.B. DATEV)
• Erfahrung with Konzernbuchhaltung / Konsolidierung are a bonus
• Praktische Erfahrung bei der Internalisierung der bisher beim externen Steuerberater geführte Buchhaltung
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit and Zuverlässigkeit
• Deutsch and Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
