Job description
As a Senior Account Analyst, you will report directly to the Supervisor, Recoveries and be part of the Shared Financial Services Centre at AIM's head office in Montreal, Canada.
Your responsibilities include :
- To follow up on client accounts in arrears to ensure timely payment.
- To escalate and resolve payment disputes.
- To communicate directly with clients or AIM departments as needed to facilitate the resolution of suspended client account issues.
- To review portfolio aging and recommend accounts for recovery escalations.
- To manage order releases for client accounts in accordance with the company's credit policies.
