Job Description: To ensure the prototypes and samples are made as per the spec sheet provided To ensure that the right material and reinforcement is used To ensure the trims and accessories are as per the design intent and specification. To ensure the samples are made and delivered in a given time frame. To maintain the standards of quality of the brand. To source the accessories as per the design team's requirement. To create tech packs. To work closely with the design team. Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience in accessory design preferably in a luxury brand. Should have strong knowledge in material and construction. Should have knowledge about international market trends. Should have knowledge of trims, hardware, and embellishments. Should have good communication skills. Should be able to work as a team. Should have strong vendor management skills. Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Should be able to understand the design intent. Should be able to create tech packs. Good in excel.
