As a Senior Consultant, you will take responsibility for demanding customer projects in the area of Payroll/HR. You will work closely with decision-makers, analyze existing processes, and develop sustainable, digital solutions together with the customer.
You will independently lead projects for the implementation and optimization of Abacus software in the HR and Payroll environment.
You will analyze HR and Payroll processes, identify optimization potential, and develop tailor-made solutions.
You will parameterize the software, implement it at the customer's site, and accompany the entire implementation process.
You will conduct workshops and training sessions and be the first point of contact for your customers.
You will work closely with internal specialists and actively contribute your expertise to the team.
This is what you bring with you:
Several years of professional experience in the Abacus environment, ideally with project responsibility or consulting experience
Further education at FH/HF level, federal professional qualification, or comparable qualification
Interest in digitalization and ERP systems – Abacus knowledge is a plus, but not a must
Analytical thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of working with customers
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues understandably
