What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be supporting children aged 4–19 years old with a variety of special educational needs and be working closely with the teaching staff to deliver tailored support. This will involve adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each child, using strategies such as visual aids, Makaton signing, and sensory integration techniques. As part of our team, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to lesson planning, assist with small group work, and help with preparing resources for lessons. What We’re Looking For: You should be a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs. You will need to have experience working with children with SEN or PRU experience. You’ll also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
