SEN Teaching Assistant – Personal Care (BL4) We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a specialist school in BL4. This role will involve providing personal care and one-to-one classroom support, helping students to engage in learning and reach their full potential.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with complex needs, including personal care

• Assisting the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

• Building positive and trusting relationships with students

• Promoting independence and confidence

Requirements:

• Previous experience in SEN support, care, or a similar role

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

• Commitment to supporting children’s individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
