This role is centred on helping children with special educational needs (SEND) to reach their full potential in both their learning and personal development. We are seeking someone who can bring patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils with SEND. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEND and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. The role will involve working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans, providing one-to-one support and small group work to pupils with SEND. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and a willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge in this area.
