As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of education and support students with complex needs. If you are passionate about making a difference and have experience working with SEND students, we want to hear from you! The role: As SENCO/Assistant Headteacher, you will be responsible for leading and managing the SEND department, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing training and support to staff, and ensuring that all students receive the best possible education. You will also work closely with the Headteacher and other senior leaders to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
