SEN Teaching Assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will: Deliver training sessions to colleagues on SEN best practice; Develop and implement tailored learning plans for students with complex needs; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student-centered approaches; Provide emotional support and guidance to students, families, and colleagues; Contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods and resources; Participate in regular team meetings to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices. Please note that this role requires a degree in Education or a related field, as well as experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and Autism.
