Salary: £89.05 - £110 per day
Hours: Typically 08:30 – 15:30 (School hours)

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We’re currently recruiting Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in West Sussex. Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or longer-term placements, we have rewarding opportunities to suit your availability and experience.

These roles offer the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional challenges
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Support pupils in both classroom and one-to-one settings
• Assist with personal care and mobility where required

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant training or qualifications (desirable but not essential)
