SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary
Location: Crawley and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible days)
Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children with special educational needs thrive in the classroom.

Whether you have previous experience in education or are looking to start a new career path, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be working closely with pupils who require extra support—either one-to-one or in small groups—helping to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Help children stay focused, engaged, and confident throughout the school day
• Assist teachers with lessons and classroom routines
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning
• Work flexibly across different schools and age groups

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Confidence to adapt to different school settings
• A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
