SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, Bromley Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £100 Per day Benefits: PAYE Job Duties: 1. Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom setting 2. Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans for students with SEN 3. Monitor and record student progress, behaviour, and development 4. Work with students with SEN to develop their skills and abilities 5. Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to support students with SEN 6. Keep accurate records of student progress and development 7. Attend meetings with parents and other professionals to discuss student progress and development 8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting students with SEN 9. Work in a team to support students with SEN and contribute to the development of the school's SEN policy and procedures 10. Other duties as required by the school and the SEN team
