SEND Teaching Assistant – Dudley
£415–£425 per week

ABC Teachers are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Special Educational Needs School in Dudley full-time, starting as soon as possible.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Support the educational, social, and emotional development of students.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver an engaging curriculum, helping students achieve their best.
  • Work with students aged 4 to 19, providing one-to-one support or leading small groups.
  • Full-time role with potential for a long-term placement for the right candidate.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification.
  • Experience supporting children and young people with moderate to complex additional needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • The ability to obtain suitable references and pass a DBS check.
