Job Title: SEN Teacher Location: Sheffield Job Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time Salary: £150 - £250 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Do you believe every child deserves a champion? A rewarding opportunity awaits you in Sheffield , where GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school community. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), utilising a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Provide regular progress updates to parents/carers, ensuring they are informed about their child’s learning journey. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and the wider school community. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education. Be an ambassador for GSL Education, promoting our values of inclusivity, respect, and excellence.
