SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistant

Right Education are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs across Brigg and the surrounding areas. If you’re calm under pressure, enjoy helping young people find their confidence, and want a role that genuinely matters - this could be for you.

You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to help children manage emotions, build social skills and make steady academic progress in a safe, supportive setting.

The role includes:

Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and emotional development

Helping pupils regulate behaviour and stay engaged in lessons

Encouraging independence, self-belief and resilience

Working with the wider school team to provide consistent, positive support

We’re looking for:

Experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH or behavioural needs

Patience, empathy and a calm, confident approach

Good communication and teamwork skills

A genuine desire to help young people succeed
