The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all matters related to personnel management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in human resources or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
