Hirn Immobilien GmbH is as an owner-managed medium-sized real estate company since almost 40 years a fixed presence in the region of Ulm and Neu-Ulm. From classical residential property brokerage to marketing of investment projects up to sales of developer measures, we offer everything that makes the heart of the immobile enthusiast beat faster. As advisors and brokers, we accompany project developments in the residential sector and through Hirn Projekt GmbH, we also realize our own construction projects. Furthermore, we offer a market-oriented valuation through our own experts. We rely on trust and fair cooperation within the team as well as with our customers.

Aufgaben

• Supporting our marketing teams in all online and offline advertising measures
• Graphic implementation of exposés, postcards, brochures, advertisements, website graphics, etc. within our company CI as well as the brand CDs
• Developing creative designs for marketing our real estate properties
• Support in expanding social media activities
• Support in target-group-oriented acquisition measures (e.g. newsletters, online campaigns, print media, etc.)
• You support the marketing team in preparing our events
• You take on varied tasks and can manage your own projects

Qualifikation

• You are studying in the field of graphic design, marketing, information management, corporate communication, communication design, etc.
• You love to work creatively and bring bold, fresh ideas into our advertising
• Basic knowledge of common graphics and image editing programs (e.g. Adobe CC with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as Canva, etc.)
• Pleasure in teamwork and fun in what you do
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
