About SumUp:

SumUp supports small businesses worldwide with intuitive payment solutions and digital tools for everyday business. To further expand our presence in German cities and regions, we are looking for motivated freelance sales representatives: people who will present and sell our products directly to retailers on site.

Tasks:

• Active approach to small and medium-sized enterprises in the assigned area (e.g. retail, gastronomy, mobile services)
  
  
• Conducting sales conversations on-site – directly at the business, on the street or at local events
  
  
• Counseling on suitable SumUp solutions and conducting product demos
  
  
• Support during the onboarding of new customers and accompanying them until their first successful transaction
  
  
• Gathering market and competition information to continuously optimize our sales strategy
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, ideally with a focus on small businesses or field sales
  
  
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
  
  
• Independent, structured working style with strong entrepreneurial thinking
  
  
• High level of self-motivation and resilience – even in the face of rejection or changing daily conditions
  
  
• Existing local networks and good knowledge of the respective region an advantage
  
  

Freelance Business License or willingness to work independently
