Tasks

Independent management of the entire recruitment process (360°)

Acquisition of new customers and building long-term business relationships

Active sourcing and direct approach to candidates

Conducting interviews and selecting suitable applicants

Counseling clients and candidates throughout the process

Negotiating contract terms and accompanying until employment

Maintenance and expansion of your own network

Qualification

First experience in recruitment consulting
