Responsibilities

As a Nonviolent Learning Conflict Coach, you will empower children and adolescents to resolve conflicts fairly and stand up for themselves courageously. After comprehensive training, accompanied by our trainer team, you will independently conduct student trainings as part of school projects – class by class in the mornings in small groups.

If you have successfully completed your first projects after 6-12 months, you can additionally – individually or as part of a team – train teachers and educational specialists and design practical parent evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's graduates in the fields of Sports, Pedagogy, Teaching, & Psychology
• Completed training as a teacher, sports educator, social pedagogue, or educator
• Experience in teaching children & adolescents
• Experience in further education and training
• Preference for sports & physical activity
• Confidence in communicating, presenting, moderating
• Ability to motivate & inspire
• Independence & assertiveness
