As part of our small, powerful team, you will support real estate agents in the DACH region in gaining more visibility and generating better leads through automated solutions. With your expertise in content marketing, you will contribute to making our innovative products known and strengthening market presence. Tasks

• Development and implementation of organic content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness for smartConsulting Zauner in the DACH region.
• Creation and maintenance of contents for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and professional publications, to address real estate agents specifically.
• Collaboration with the AI development team to optimize content creation and improve efficiency through automation.
• Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative and creative ideas for content campaigns.
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF RELATIONSHIPS WITH RELEVANT INFLUENCERS AND PARTNERS IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR, TO INCREASE THE REACH AND CREDIBILITY OF THE BRAND.
• OUTREACH CAMPAIGNS MANAGE: You plan, start, and optimize proactive direct outreach campaigns (e.g. via LinkedIn or email outreach), to specifically address real estate agents and small businesses about our AI solutions.

Qualification

• Experience in the field of content marketing and social media strategies, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communicative skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and precisely.
• Self-responsible working style with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to proactively drive projects forward.
• Knowledge of AI-supported tools and automation solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work creatively in a dynamic environment and develop innovative marketing solutions.
