Independent Regional Director (m/w/d) in the Field of LBS Hessen-Thüringen according to §§ 84,92 HGB

We are looking for you as a motivated, competent, and engaged sales talent with leadership experience for our Financial Center in Gross-Gerau.

As a successful company within the strong Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, we belong to the Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen.

Tasks

- You represent LBS Hessen-Thüringen, implement its sales strategy operationally, and represent its interests on the market against partners, especially savings banks.

- You analyze your region in terms of its sales potential, derive sales measures from this, and are responsible for their implementation in the area of financing and building society business.

- You win new sales representatives: you ensure structured onboarding for them and develop them individually over the long term.

- You are responsible for the sales representatives in your region, by keeping them up-to-date professionally, sales-wise, and methodically, and fostering them professionally.

Qualification

- Banking education or study in the field of banking (qualification according to §34i EU 2014/17)

- Willingness to register as a freelancer according to §§ 34c and 34i GewO - Several years of experience in sales of financing and building society solutions and/or in the real estate sector

- Leadership experience, initiative, and dynamism - Ability to inspire people and win them over.
