Tasks

• Database research
• Initial telephone contact
• Active Sourcing/Social Media Recruiting
• Conducting qualified interviews
• Candidate follow-up
• Customer acquisition/customer support (optional)

Qualification

• Excellent self-organization, structured, and goal-oriented work style
• Experience working from home office
• Time flexibility
• Compelling, articulate communication skills
• Sympathetic and approachable demeanor
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good PC and MS Office skills
