Tasks

We are looking for freelance headhunters with line and leadership experience from the manufacturing industry or trade, and you would like to take the step to independent work as a headhunter. You have extensive experience in all company processes. We are speaking to people who, at the end of their professional career, want to switch to a very interesting field and work successfully. Whoever wants to become a headhunter should meet certain requirements and bring qualifications to be successful in this profession.

-Outstanding sales orientation

-Good knowledge of project business

-Good experience in all functional levels of industrial and trading companies

-Communication skills and negotiation skills at all levels

-Good people skills, empathy, and team skills

-Good English language skills would be an advantage

-Good PC and MS Office skills

Qualification

In addition to the already mentioned properties, you should have a secure, extroverted appearance, travel readiness, quick comprehension, good self-organization, and perseverance, and be able to manage terms. Also, the ability and willingness to network is important, and you can immerse yourself in different company cultures, because it's not just about finding candidates with the necessary professional skills, but also about finding candidates who fit best into the target company. Your main task is to acquire and care for your clients and develop the corresponding projects. For each project you acquire, we will assign a researcher to your side, who will find the corresponding candidates for your project.
