Secretary for the Chairholder of the University Clinic for Children's and Youth Medicine

Are you interested in working in a dynamic team of the university clinic for children's and youth medicine, which was founded in 2018? The university clinic for children's and youth medicine is looking for a secretary who will support the chairholder in their daily work. The tasks include, but are not limited to: • Providing secretarial services to the chairholder, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents. • Organizing appointments, meetings, and events. • Maintaining the chairholder's schedule and ensuring that deadlines are met. • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the chairholder. • Providing administrative support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: • Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification. • Proficiency in German (spoken and written). • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written). • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
