Who we are looking for:

• a precise, organized person with excellent knowledge of foreign languages or a native speaker to be placed in the area of:

Foreign Sales Secretary

(languages required: English / Spanish / Chinese/Arabic)

Main responsibilities:

• Student enrollment management
• Data entry, document management, and archiving
• Customer service and public relations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of at least one language among English, Spanish, and Chinese
• Precision, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of the Office suite and digital tools
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Contract and working hours

• Coordinated and continuous collaboration contract
• Monthly salary starting from a fixed €500 + performance-based bonus
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon shift (9 AM - 2 PM / 2 PM - 7 PM)
