Tempus S.p.A. (Agency for Work, Ministry of Labor, Prot. N° 00000098 of August 30, 2023) branch in Lainate (MI), is looking for a secretary/secretary on behalf of a client company located in the Cocquio Trevisago (VA) area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities: - Telephone management - Email management - Registration of incoming/outgoing goods - Compilation of DDT The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements: - Diploma in administrative/accounting or related courses - Good use and knowledge of the main office software package - Good use and knowledge of electronic mail - Good relational and communicative skills It is expected: - Initial contract of one week with the possibility of extensions, total duration of the employment relationship 3-4 months - Working hours: 08:30 - 12:30 ; 13:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday - CCNL commerce and tertiary, level of classification to be defined based on the candidate's skills - Place of work: nearby Cocquio Trevisago (VA) #WorkWithTempus The announcements are addressed to candidates of either sex (Article 27, paragraph 5, D.lgs 198/06).
