Protected Category Secretary/Assistant, Art. 8 L. 68/99

Humangest SpA, Caserta branch, is seeking a Protected Category Secretary/Assistant for an important client company operating in the automotive sector. The resource will be responsible for: - Managing telephone and email communications; - Welcoming clients and suppliers; - Archiving documents (digital and paper); - Managing stationery and material purchases required by various departments; - Supporting administrative activities; - Supporting management; - Organizing trips and fairs. Required skills: - Good knowledge of the Office package (particularly Word and Excel); - Precision, organization, multitasking ability, and good problem-solving and communication skills; - Knowledge of English at level B1 (essential); any knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus; - Knowledge of SAP software will be considered a plus; - Diploma or degree; - Previous experience of at least 4/5 years in the role. Initial contract for a fixed term of 12 months, with prospect of indefinite insertion. Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00.
