What's expected of you:

▸ Design space: You develop customer service and sales concepts for a complete customer segment – from strategy to campaign.

▸ Visible impact: Your campaigns land directly with customers. You see what works. You optimize. You scale successful approaches.

▸ Interface power: You network sales, product, marketing, digital – and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction.

▸ Project leadership: In the future, you will take over your own (part-) projects and build internal reputation.

▸ No conglomerate, but real substance: Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, modern tools – and the stability of a successful institution with healthy balances.

Qualification

What you bring:

✓ Bank clerk or comparable qualification
✓ Experience in retail business – ideally in sales steering, product management, or campaign steering
✓ Head for strategy, heart for implementation
✓ Team spirit and networking strength
✓ Safe handling of MS Office; experience with internal bank tools (Sparkassen/Genobank environment advantageous but not necessary)
