Segment Sales Specialist

The Segment Sales Specialist is responsible for driving orders growth of the dynamic Industrial Cleaning and Plastic Joining segment across the Mexico region, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The Industrial Cleaning segment consists of finding potential customers looking for ultrasonic cleaning and vapor degreaser solutions that meet their specific needs. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and developing strategies to drive growth within the segment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive orders growth in the Industrial Cleaning and Plastic Joining segment. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the industrial cleaning or plastics industry. • Proven track record of driving orders growth and meeting sales targets. • Strong understanding of the Mexican market and its dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
