About the Role
- Own and manage a key product segment within the business;
- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction;
- Design, implement and manage customer loyalty programs to drive repeat purchase and brand advocacy;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver segment-specific solutions;
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement; and
- Provide support to the Senior Marketing Manager on broader strategic projects.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product or category management within consumer goods or related industries, experience in trade would be desirable;
- Strong execution capability with hands-on experience managing product portfolios or bundles;
- Proven experience in developing and managing customer loyalty or rewards programs;
- Ability to develop and deliver segment-specific marketing plans;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; and
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
