Segment Leader / Foreman

Main Responsibilities

Production Coordination:

Organizes and supervises production activities in accordance with the daily/weekly schedule.

Ensures achievement of performance indicators (Productivity, Rejects, Downtime, etc.).

Ensures the availability and adherence to work procedures at the workplace.

Ensures continuous improvement of production processes.

Team Management:

Manages and trains subordinate staff (shift leaders, assistant foremen, operators, adjusters), ensuring their discipline and motivation.

Evaluates subordinate personnel.

Ensures the flow of communication between the production department and support departments.

Quality Control:

Ensures adherence to quality procedures and product conformity.

Safety and H&S:

Monitors strict compliance with Health and Safety (H&S) and Fire Safety regulations in production areas.

Maintenance and Equipment:

Supervises the correct functioning of machines and equipment.

Manages technical issues together with the maintenance and engineering departments.

Reporting:

Reports daily on the evolution of performance indicators, analyzes deviations (causes and measures) to the management team.

Education and Experience:

• High school or higher education

Main Competencies:

• Organizational and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Energetic personality, positive and analytical thinking

• PC operating knowledge (Office)

• Eager for development

Considered an advantage:

• Work experience in the automotive field

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (6S, Kaizen)

• SAP operating knowledge

• Technical studies.

• Knowledge of the English language.
