Concrete Plant Manager Braila (the position also includes specific commercial activity_

Location: Concrete plant - Braila

Job Mission:

Is responsible for coordinating the operational activity (planning & execution of production & deliveries) of the concrete plant and also handles commercial concrete activities for the area;

Main Responsibilities of the Position:

• Responsible for organizing concrete production in the concrete plant and delivering concrete to clients.
• Proposes action plans to achieve sales and concrete production objectives in the Braila area;
• Negotiates with clients, establishes prices, credit limits, within their authority limits;
• Manages a client portfolio and organizes regular meetings to assess their present and future needs/requirements;
• Plans and carries out prospecting visits to constantly renew and improve their client portfolio;
• Is responsible for debt collection from clients and informs the direct manager in case of delays or problems caused by blockages.
• Is involved in resolving client issues related to products, services, deliveries by establishing good collaboration with other departments (quality, production, logistics, etc);
• Is responsible for carrying out sales activities in the designated territory and in accordance with the company's policy and commercial rules;
• Prepares analysis reports of sales results and concrete production results.
• Provides clients with technical information about products and their usage;
• Provides information to the marketing department regarding competitor products.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education, Experience, and Skills

• University degree, technical profile (mechanical or transport engineer)
• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating production/teams - preferably in construction materials, experience in concrete production is an advantage
• At least 2 years of sales experience - an advantage
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
• Excellent communication skills
• English language - intermediate
