Head of Supply - Sales Department / Work Point Manager
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of higher education (specialized), an advantage;
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar position or in management/public catering;
- Technical Knowledge: PC operation (Windows, Office Suite, e-mail/Internet) and general notions of primary accounting / financial legislation;
- Skills & Attitudes:
- Excellent capacity for organizing time, tasks, and the workplace;
- Very good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills;
- Rigor in respecting hygiene and food safety standards;
- Ability to concentrate on multiple tasks, attention to detail, and stress resistance;
- Seriousness, punctuality, discipline, and initiative.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinates daily activities within the work point and subordinate personnel;
- Manages work organization, designs shift schedules, compiles monthly timesheets, and makes salary proposals;
- Organizes interviews, testing, and hiring of new employees, as well as their training;
- Monitors compliance with company standards, job descriptions, and internal regulations.
- Supply, Stocks & Suppliers:
- Maintains strict inventory records of raw materials and goods for the continuous operation of the location;
- Places orders with suppliers, performs goods reception, and conducts weekly inventory;
- Analyzes stocks and proposes write-offs for damaged products or price reductions for slow-moving goods.
- Administrative, Management & Control:
- Enters raw material and goods invoices into the management software;
- Supervises cashiers' activities and performs cash deposit/withdrawal operations at/from the bank;
