We are looking for a dedicated professional to coordinate the activity of the painting section within our factory. If you have experience in industrial painting and want to join a team in full development, we welcome you with open arms! 📍 Location: Bacău, Izvoare 87 What you will do:

Coordinate and organize the team of painters and preparers
Ensure the respect of quality standards and delivery terms
Plan and manage material consumption (grindings, paints, diluents etc.)
Directly involve yourself in the production flow and process optimization
Collaborate with other departments (production, logistics, maintenance)

Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
Coordination and organization skills
Seriousness, responsibility, and attention to details
