Section Chief - Production - Bacau

Main Responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of the section's activity
• Production planning and efficient team organization
• Monitoring the quality of work and meeting deadlines
• Implementation and adherence to internal procedures and safety regulations
• Optimization of workflows and process improvement
• Collaboration with technical, logistics, and management departments

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Very good coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations
• Orientation towards quality, organization, and efficiency
• Technical studies – a plus
