Job description

Maintenance Department Manager:

The main purpose of the job is related to the planning, organization, coordination, and monitoring of activities concerning repair and maintenance works within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

Organizes and coordinates maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment operation;
Plans, leads, and controls human, technical, and material resources related to production line maintenance;
Intervenes as quickly as possible in case of production line interruption/shutdown and acts as efficiently as possible to minimize losses of any kind;
Supervises the activities of the personnel within the subordinate work team;
Develops technological modernization and preventive maintenance programs;
Controls, at the level of the subordinate team, the implementation of technical documentation, integrated management system requirements, and applicable external and internal regulations;
Verifies that all works are performed on time and according to imposed quality standards.

Requirements:

Higher technical education (preferably in electronics, mechatronics, or industrial engineering);
Previous experience in coordinating industrial maintenance activities, in coordinating and motivating multidisciplinary teams (mechanics, electromechanics, technicians);
Excellent planning, organization, and activity coordination skills;
Solid knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methods and practices;
PC operation skills (Microsoft, ERP);
Knowledge of English or Italian language;
Person with communication skills, initiative, analysis, and synthesis capabilities.
