• Microsoft Office, Excel at a medium level.

Job Description:

• Coordinating and supervising production activities on the allocated shift, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines;
• Preparing and providing performance reports for production;
• Implementing procedures for quality control;
• Collaborating with maintenance and quality departments to resolve technical and quality issues promptly;
• Mentoring a team of operators, ensuring training and continuous development;
• Knowledge and application of company procedures to respect all BRC requirements;
• Preparing production reports and participating in planning and analysis meetings;
• Other responsibilities.
