EMR Production Shift Leader

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinates the production activity of the personnel under their leadership, throughout their shift.

Ensures continuous improvement of quality and reduction of losses and rejects. Coordinates and ensures the rhythmic flow of the production process, aiming to achieve production in accordance with the required plan.

Ensures the achievement of quality in production activities, according to existing procedures and standards.

Ensures timely delivery of finished products from their area of responsibility.

Verifies monthly time sheets for subordinate personnel. Informs superiors about problems arising in their area of responsibility / measures taken and / or their solutions, according to information escalation rules. Identifies and signals training needs of subordinate personnel and ensures their continuous development.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma (preferably technical)

 Key Competencies:

Very good communication and interpersonal skills, distributed attention, a sense for significant details, rapid decision-making ability;

Energetic personality, positive thinking, politeness and efficiency;

PC operation knowledge (Office)

Availability to work on a 2-shift schedule.

Advantageous:

Knowledge in the field of wiring harnesses.

Technical studies.

Work experience in the automotive industry.

Experience in managing small/medium-sized teams, with proven results.

English language knowledge.
