Responsabilitatile principale ale unui SEF SCHIMB CALITATE:

Analyze together with production personnel, logistics personnel, and technical department personnel the causes of problems affecting production and participate in decision-making regarding their solution.
Verify together with production department head, quality department head, shift production head, and FB Team quality, production, order, and discipline in the respective shift through
Multimomentaufnahmen
Respond to the implementation of immediate measures for eliminating reported or discovered errors.
Analyze together with other central departments the centralized errors discovered during audits.
Respond to the good performance of shift handover, transmitting and receiving information regarding quality problems that have arisen and measures taken to solve them.
Have authority to stop production in any phase if deviations from client specifications are found.
Conduct surprise inspections according to the verification list and supervise responses to errors.
Respond to human resources management - quality controllers on shift or at work, which coordinates
Organize together with other shift heads and quality department head personnel allocation on shifts.
Establish personnel allocation from subordinates by zones and request the quality department head to perform additional hours and/or request additional personnel, respecting human resources procedures for additional hours, recruitment, and transfer.
Identify training needs of subordinates, ensure in collaboration with the training department the qualification of this staff and instruct personnel on work safety and PSI, respecting human resources procedures for training.
Participate in evaluating subordinates together with the human resources department.
Respond to discipline of subordinates.
