Site Manager/Industrial Construction Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Taking over the site - verifying the situation on-site, performing preliminary measurements, identifying potential technical problems
• Preparing necessary resources and materials and signaling, if necessary, the acquisition of adjacent equipment;
• Organizing and scheduling work in the site, so that it fits into established schedules;
• Maintaining the supply of materials to the site and responding to the quality and proper storage of these materials on-site;
• Supervising the execution of work, worker activity, and active participation in fulfilling service tasks;
• Knowledge of legislation and internal safety and health regulations;

We are looking for:

• Technical studies in the field, preferably civil engineering and industrial construction
• Availability to travel within the country
• Experience in civil construction (metal structures) min 7 years
• Attention to details and identifying problems
• Visionary ability to see objects in space
• Able to read a plan
• Ability to work with measurement units
• Organizational and planning abilities
• Able to follow multiple activities simultaneously on-site
• Able to work under time pressure
• A team player
• Knowledge of workplace protection
• Open to new ideas and able to find solutions to any problem
• Resistant to stress and pressure
• Holder of a category B driver's license.
